We also require that our suppliers and contractors know our Code of Ethical Conduct and undertake to adopt it by signing a liability agreement and providing proof of good standing. Our relationship with public and private agents, as well as competitors, is based on good faith and upholding of integrity standards.
Our Compliance Program combines various tools to guarantee ethical conduct in all our relationships.
Since the Program’s launch in December 2015, we have made sure it is constantly evolving by improving. We continually improve our practices, mainly through actions of the Ethics Committee, with full support from the Board of Executive Officers.
