Our Compliance Program combines various tools to guarantee ethical conduct in all our relationships.

Since the Program’s launch in December 2015, we have made sure it is constantly evolving by improving. We continually improve our practices, mainly through actions of the Ethics Committee, with full support from the Board of Executive Officers.

ANTICORRUPTION POLICY

Enauta employees are forbidden from engaging in public and private corruption practices, which it considers a grave violation.

We have adopted a zero-tolerance corruption policy, and for this reason, we create targeted content aimed at having the whole company involved in the fight against corruption practices.

CONFIDENTIAL CHANNEL

We also made available a confidential channel dedicated to safe communication (which can be anonymous if the user prefers) regarding any conduct that violates the Code of Ethical Conduct and our internal regulations.

The Confidential Channel is managed by an independent company specializing in the field to guarantee full confidentiality, fairness, and appropriate treatment of the informer. We do not approve of any form of retaliation against people who express genuine concerns.

CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT

SUPPLIERS

Transparency is of utmost importance in all activities we pursue—including our partnerships.

To uphold our ethical conduct, suppliers must undergo a third-party contracting procedure, which includes due diligence based on the level of corruption risk they represent.

By entering into an agreement with the Company, our suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors must abide by the Supplier Code of Conduct and undertake to follow the rules established therein.
