Mr. Décio Fabricio Oddone da Costa has a bachelor degree in electrical engineer from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He studied petroleum engineering at Petrobras, and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and the Advanced Management Program at Insead (Institut Européen D’Administration des Affaires). Among other recognitions, he was awarded the title of doctor honoris causa in Education by the Universidad de Aquino.
He was CEO of Petrobras Bolivia, Chairman and CEO of Petrobras Energia (NYSE: PZE, Merval: PESA), Vice President of Braskem, Director of Prumo Logística and General Director of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of the Americas, in the USA, and chaired the Bolivian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and the Argentine Chamber of the Petroleum Industry.
He assumed the position of CEO of Enauta in September 2020.

Mr. Pedro Rodrigues Galvão de Medeiros graduated in Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the Ohio State University. Has over 18 years of capital markets experience, as Latin America’s Director of Citigroup for 10 years, and at UBS and Pactual investment banks between 2005 and 2010. He has coordinated over US$47 billion in multiple capital market transactions, including Enauta’s IPO, the privatization of BR Distribuidora as a corporation, and Latin America’s first SPAC issuance within the energy industry.
Mr. Medeiros has been awarded for multiple years amongst Latin America’s top energy advisors in rankings promoted by Institutional Investor, Starmine and Reuters.
He was an independent member of Enauta’s board of directors from April 2022 until May 2023. He is currently the Company’s Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer.

Mr. Carlos Mastrangelo holds degrees in oil and civil engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He has over 35 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly at Petrobras and SBM Offshore. Mr. Mastrangelo has resided in various countries and worked in the development of highly complex FPSOs.
He has been acknowledged by the global industry on many occasions. In 2019, he was granted with the “Distinguished Achievement Award for Individuals” in Houston, promoted by the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), the largest worldwide event in the oil exploration and production industry, for his leadership and pioneering role in the design and implementation of cost-effective FPSOs.
