Portinari Project

From 2010 to 2015, we fully supported the Portinari Project. We highlight the project Guerra e Paz, in which we increased access to the comprehensive collection of work by the great Brazilian artist through Portal Portinari. For 4 consecutive years, the Portinari para Todos Project brought culture and environmental education to 35 cities in four Brazilian states in a traveling format (PE, BA, RJ, and SP). We trained over 600 teachers in the public education network and donated the painter’s famous traveling box containing comprehensive learning material to 881 schools. We are grateful for this partnership; it was highly emotional for us and the more than 80,000 visitors who shared in the experience. In 2012, our exhibition was featured in the Rio+20 event.

Viva Vôlei Project

From 2010 to 2016, we supported the Viva Vôlei Project, which brings sports, citizenship, and social inclusion together. The project was implemented in the South of Bahia, in partnership with Instituto Viva Vôlei and the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV). We highlight the Campinhos unit, which was only accessible by boat, and where we joined forces with the institution, the teachers, and the community to make classes possible. We are grateful for everyone’s partnership over the course of the project.
