Today, wednesday (08/25), we resumed operations with all the wells of the Early Production System in the Atlanta Field, after the repair of the heaters.
We expect to initially produce about 20,000 barrels of oil per day with the operation of the three wells, which represents a daily production record for the Company.
In addition, activities are underway to expand the water treatment capacity at FPSO Petrojarl I and, thus, increase oil production. The completion of the first stage, which foresees a 35% expansion in the volume of treated water, is scheduled for the end of 2021.
In August, we started the bidding process for the equipment and services required to drill a fourth well in order to increase the production capacity of the Field. This well is scheduled to be drilled in the third quarter of 2022, with production expected to start by the end of next year.
We continue to work to make the Atlanta Field even more resilient and efficient.
