Enauta Participações S.A. (“Company”, B3:ENAT3”) today announced 2nd quarter 2019 production.
The company’s total production in 2Q19 was 1,318 thousand barrels of oil equivalent (boe), or average daily production of 14.5 thousand boe. This amount includes gas and oil as shown in the tables below.
(1) 2Q19 Production impacted by 8 days of scheduled maintenance in the field that commenced on March 20 and ended on April 8, 2019.
(2) The financial impact of the reduction in the gas production is limited by the obligation of purchasing a minimum contracted volume (take-or-pay).
(3) It includes the contribution of production from the third well and the shutting of the first well for intervention from June 21st, 2019. The production of the third well has reached around 15kbbl/d and is under phase of stabilization. Up to date, Enauta has no sufficient information to alter the estimate already disclosed, thus, the Company reiterates an estimated total initial average production of the
Atlanta field of 25kbbl/d, with negative or positive variation margin of 15%, from the startup of the third well and after executing interventions in two producing wells.
(4) As previously announced by the Company on June 24th, 2019, the ANP’s Joint Committee approved on June 19th, 2019 the assignment of 40% interest previously held by Dommo in the Consortium BS-4 and the resulting transfer of 20% interest in the Block to the Company.
