Enauta is to issue R$ 1.1 billion in debentures, for terms of five and six years. The company’s supervisory board approved the transaction this week. The issue will be made in up to three series.

The target audience for this issue will be comprised exclusively of qualified investors. The remuneration will be decided after feedback on investor intentions.

The maturity of the debentures will be on: September 17, 2029, for the first series; September 15, 2028, for the second series; and September 17, 2029, for the third series.
