The Brazil Ocean series aims to showcase the most recent initiatives to contain the destruction of the Brazilian coastal waters and preserve their biodiversity.

The first season was headed by young sailor Tamara Klink, who dived enthusiastically into the subject and showed how renowned scientists, universities, NGOs, fishermen and traditional fishing communities are mobilizing for this battle.

The second season, which is currently airing, presents five new episodes telling the moving stories of those for whom the ocean is the source of their livelihood.

Resources applied under the Federal Law for Audiovisual Incentives and through Ancine (Brazilian Film Agency).

Partners: Coproduction between the Brazilian Production Company and Ocean Filmes, UNESCO, the Brazilian Navy and the USP Oceanographic Institute.
